We're building technology that levels the playing field. Our AI-powered tools give every candidate access to personalised, adaptive learning — the kind of support that used to be reserved for those who could afford a private tutor.

Hi, I'm An

I'm the founder of Practice Works. Before starting this company, I spent my career building and scaling technology businesses.

I started out at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where I learned how to solve complex problems and think strategically. From there, I moved into the startup world — first as CTO at Bima, a VC-backed insurtech serving emerging markets, and then as COO at Koru Kids, an award-winning European scale-up in childcare.

Along the way, I've worked across fintech, edtech, and healthtech — always at the intersection of technology and social impact. I've also advised startups and investors on product, growth, and go-to-market strategy.

Practice Works was born from a simple observation: the tools available for professional exam prep were either outdated, overpriced, or both. AI changes everything. It lets us create genuinely personalised learning experiences at a fraction of the cost. That's what we're building — and we're just getting started.
