Can I use Practice Works on my phone?

Yes. Open app.practice.works in your phone or tablet browser and sign in as normal. This works for SQE prep with Law Drills, US bar prep with Bear the Bar, and CFA prep with Adaptilyst.

The app is built to work on small screens, so practice questions, question sets and mock exams all work on a phone.

Add it to your home screen

You can install Practice Works so it opens from your home screen like an app, without the browser address bar.

On iPhone or iPad:

1. Open app.practice.works in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button.
3. Scroll down the list and choose Add to Home Screen.
4. Tap Add in the top right.

On Android:

1. Open app.practice.works in Chrome.
2. Choose Install if your browser offers it. If not, open the browser menu and choose Install app, which some phones show as Add to Home screen.
3. Confirm when your phone asks.

Signing in to the installed app

The installed app signs in separately from your browser, so it asks you to sign in the first time you open it, even if you are already signed in in Safari or Chrome.

If you use a login link and it opens in your browser rather than in the installed app, set a password at app.practice.works/reset instead. You can then choose Use a password instead on the sign-in screen and sign in directly inside the app.

If your installed app opens in a browser window, or asks you to sign in again

If your home-screen icon opens with a browser address bar showing, or keeps asking you to sign in, it was added before we moved to a new address.

Delete the icon from your home screen and add it again using the steps above. Nothing on your account is affected, and your practice history is waiting for you when you sign back in.
